We translate your business requirements into an IT target picture. This includes architecture principles as well as requirements for security, data storage and operations.

We evaluate options for action and develop a roadmap. Benefits, effort, dependencies and available resources determine the order.
Supporting implementation
We help evaluate solutions and providers and support the implementation from a strategic and architectural perspective.
How we work together
We involve executive management, business units and IT managers. On this basis, we develop the target picture and agree on the next steps with those involved.
Implementation takes place together with your team and the responsible service providers. Our role and the respective responsibilities are defined at the outset. Additional technical implementation tasks are agreed explicitly; they are not automatically part of every strategy or architecture mandate.
What you receive
You receive an agreed IT target picture, documented options for action and a prioritised roadmap. This makes it clear which changes are coming up, which dependencies need to be taken into account and what needs to be decided.
