How we work with you

It all starts with your concern. Together, we clarify what is to be achieved, what support you need and which tasks we take on.

For a specific question, we provide targeted advice or support a clearly defined project. If you need ongoing support, we take on an agreed function in your organisation, for example as CISO as a Service.

We work together with your employees and existing service providers. We define tasks, decision-making authority and responsibilities together.

Insights into our work

Building an internal security organisation

A group of companies wanted to develop its information security in a targeted way, based on an assessment of its security maturity.

We support the build-up of the security organisation and help design responsibilities, processes and policies. As a sparring partner, we help the internal staff translate the findings from the assessment into day-to-day security work.

Leading information security and implementing measures

A pension fund was looking for an experienced sparring partner for the CISO function and the implementation of its security measures.

We support the responsible staff with security decisions and work closely with the IT provider in charge. The annual assessment of security maturity provides a traceable status review for executive management and the board of trustees and forms the basis for further planning of measures.

Creating a clear framework for the use of AI

A company wanted to clarify how its employees may use AI and which company data may be processed in doing so.

We assess the applications in use, the associated data flows and the existing safeguards. From this, we derive recommendations for the use of AI and the handling of different types of data. This gives executive management a basis for decisions and clear rules for everyday work.
